The C-Nile Virus
This is a new e-mail virus that even the most advanced programs from Norton or McAfee cannot prevent. Fortunately, it seems to affect only those computers operated by persons born prior to 1960. The following are symptoms of C-Nile Virus:
1. Causes you to send the same e-mail twice.
2. Causes you to send a blank e-mail!
3. Causes you to send e-mail to the wrong person.
4. Causes you to send it back to the person who sent it to you.
5. Causes you to forget to attach the attachment.
6. Causes you to hit “SEND” before you’ve finished.
7. Causes you to hit “DELETE” instead of “SEND.”
8. Causes you to hit “SEND” when you should “DELETE.”
Ruffles and Flourishes to “Lamps and Liars”.

I resent the implication that everyone born before 1960 is likely to be senile. I had considered saying a lot more in response to your blog entry. I was going to flame you with dozens of harsh statements that would conclusively rebut your insinuation, but, unfortunately, I forgot them all. Every word. Now, would somebody please tell me how the hell you post this damn comment. … Oh, yah. … Thanks. … There it is.
Just kidding. Funny stuff. Thanks. But I WAS born before 1960 and I’m not senile. Then again, would I know if I was? Oh my, now there’s a thought.

Actually, the original post which I found at another blog gave 1965 as the year, however that would have included my own children, and I did not want to denigrate them so I chose 1960.
